1. In accordance with the applicable legal regulations, the provider primarily records and manages the data necessary for cooperation regarding the guest. From this data, the provider is entitled to provide the competent authorities or organizations with all information it is obliged to share (e.g., for fulfilling local tax obligations or statistical reporting requirements). In all other cases, the provider ensures that guest data is not accessible to unauthorized third parties.
2. The purpose of data management is also to ensure the contractual provision of services offered by the provider, to monitor service fulfillment, and to check guest satisfaction. Detailed rules regarding newsletters can be found in the terms of use.
3. The handling of the guest’s personal data is based on voluntary consent and in accordance with the 2011 Act CXII on the Right of Informational Self-Determination (Infotv.) and the 2000 Act C on Accounting. Since the data management applies to users in a client relationship with the data controller, registration in the data protection registry is not required under Section 30(a) of Infotv.
